Works on Apple silicon and Intel Macs. Linux works too.
What it does
- Checks for Docker Desktop (free for personal use) and offers to install it if it's missing.
- Downloads the newest Tastier and checks it's signed with Tastier's release key. Anything unsigned is refused.
- Installs to a
tastierfolder in your home folder, starts it, and openshttp://127.0.0.1:8420. Nothing is opened to your network. - Adds a Tastier shortcut (Start menu + desktop, or Applications on a Mac). It starts Docker and Tastier if needed and opens the page.
After that, Tastier updates itself: Settings → Updates. Your tastytrade login is entered on the page and stays on your computer. Tastier can't place orders.
